Understanding your style, values and needs is my priority. My approach to proofreading is flexible but always thorough and involved, no matter the nature of the job. I will tailor the way that I work on your writing to suit you. If you prefer to have your text marked up in plain English, I can do so with features such as 'Track Changes' in Word or by commenting on a PDF file. If you prefer proofreading symbols, I can mark your text with BSI symbols on a PDF or hard copy, which I am happy to scan or mail back to you.

Whilst I am from the UK, I work in both UK and US English and am comfortable using either. As with every text I work on, I ensure that your spelling and stylistic choices remain consistent throughout so that regional variance does not present an issue. Your text will remain in the style you intend, and your writing will still be yours.
